$700 a month + $25 monthly supplies fee and security deposit.
Parking lot in back (you don’t have to park on the street!)

Two minutes from Theodore Wirth park.
Five Bedrooms with 10 person capacity.
Three levels with two full kitchens and two full bathrooms.
24-hour security system with live notifications sent to House Manager.
On-call handyman, who is 14 years sober and beloved by the house.
Live-in house manager, owner/operator, Mia Perez-Johnson.
Must have at least 30 days of continuous sobriety to move in and provide urine sample upon move-in.
Weekly in-house meeting and required 20 hour minimum of either work/school/IOP/volunteering or combination.
6a - 12a curfew on weekdays, 6a-2a on weekends.
Female and male guests allowed during normal curfew hours.
Overnights as desired as long as house participation and requirements are being met.
